HAIR & MAKEUP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Booking Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 services is required per booking for one artist.

  • A minimum of 8 services is required for bookings with two artists.

  • Services can include hair styling and makeup application.

2. Quotes & Changes

  • Once a quote has been approved, the number of services cannot be reduced, and the original quoted amount will remain payable.

  • Additional services may be added if time and artist availability allow. Additional charges will apply.

  • Any changes must be discussed and approved in advance.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to you wedding date unless paying in cash on the day.

  • Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received and confirmation provided.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

    • Cancellations made within 2 months (60 days) of the event date will require full payment of the agreed booking amount.

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible.

5. Preparation & Timing

  • Please arrive on time and follow any hair and skin preparation instructions provided.

  • Late arrivals may affect the time available for your services.

  • Please advise of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

6. Travel Fees

  • Travel, parking and toll fees may apply for mobile bookings and will be communicated in advance.

7. Agreement By approving the quote and confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
